Product Prices and Delivery
Product prices on our website are inclusive of postage, packing charges and all the taxes.
For the time being we are delivering the products within the kathmandu valley only. The delivery charge for the kathmandu valley is free of charge.
Deliveries in the other cities will be available in the near future. This shall come into force once we have our necessary logistic support and eventually the delivery and shipping information will be added on to the website. In the future we reserve the right to change this shipping policy without notice. |

Delivery Date
Delivery will be made within the date specified by the sender. Please allow yourself at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Once the delivery is completed we will send you a picture confirmation of the product received. You can enter your Personalized Note and and the Delivery Date in the Extra Note field in Checkout page.
Deliveries will be made to the person / address that you given us for delivery of the product(s).
An e-mail will be sent to you informing that your order has been delivered with a picture confirmation. |

Cancellation of your order
You may cancel your order for any reason by quickly sending us an email at info@sajhapasal.com at least one working day before the scheduled delivery date for regular items and at least two working days before for perishable items. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. You will be charged a 5% cancellation fee to cover our processing cost. |

Returns
We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is defective, damaged or sent in error by us, please have the recipient of the product in Nepal contact our office in Pulchowk and we will issue a replacement and should your decision not change we will gladly refund you with the full amount that you had originally paid for. sajhapasal.com does not provide any monetary refund to the recipient in Nepal.
All sales are final for perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweet etc. Returns and refunds policy do not apply to perishable items.
We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.
Please note that items must be returned within 15 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund. |
